    💪 You Don't Have to Give Up Your Favorite Foods A common trap when dialing in your nutrition is you have to give all your favorite foods and eat things you don’t enjoy. Nothing could be further from the truth… Hey Ann, One issue that can stop you from getting started on your fitness journey is thinking you have to give up all the foods you love and learn to enjoy chicken for every meal. Here’s a comment from one of our members, Anthony, on this subject when he was asked to provide what he felt was important to know about success with the BWS programs: “Have fun and get creative with your diet. The health food industry has created so many foods that fit our macros and are delicious! Fat free cheese, low cal popcorn, and sugar free syrup to name a few. You can create pizza recipes and even burgers that have calories less than 300! It's your diet so really enjoy it the way you want. And if you love snacking late like I do, look for treats that fit your macros. This shouldn't be a punishment, but an enjoyable experience. Food is love. So, love yourself right. (Poetic, I know!)” Here’s a person that has embraced food and nutrition as something fun not dreadful. It’s all about knowing what you need to eat for your goals and then getting creative to make it happen. Have fun. Find recipes that work for you. We’ve had members that love ice cream, so they structure their diet to accommodate some ice cream and still lose fat. If you view food and “diet” as restrictive, boring, dreadful, or as taking away everything you love about eating…it becomes a chore that you will struggle with and usually fail.
