💪 Why You're Not Getting the Results You Want (How to Fix It) For many members this is the surprising reason they're not seeing progress in their fitness journey… Hey Ann, If you’ve read very many of our case studies and looked for clues as to why they succeeded (which you should be), you’ll find common denominators. Today, I want to point out something that plagues the fitness industry. It’s actually prevalent in pretty much any subject you can think of… …and we all struggle with it to some degree. See if you spot it in a couple of questions we always ask in our case studies: What were you struggling with before you started your program? “Everything! I was all over the place regarding my nutrition, workout, supplements and all things needed to get the results. Being skinny fat, I was always so confused as to what I should be doing- cutting or bulking or body recomposition. And there’s way too much information on the internet about it, so I used to jump from one strategy to another.” - Ashkay What differentiated the BWS program from other programs you had tried in the past? “YouTube, random websites and Men’s Health magazine were my guides. I never did an official program. With my science background, I really appreciated the research presented in your videos.” - Kevin It’s pretty obvious in their answers what was going on. They are not alone. We all can suffer from so much free information that we end up confused about what to do, or even where to start, because there is more fitness information available than we can ever hope to process. In fact, I only had to pull up three case studies to find these examples because information overload is so common. So what’s my point? I think James Clear says it well: “In a world where information is abundant and easy to access, the real advantage is knowing where to focus.” If you’re currently on a BWS program, remember that my team and I poured over the scientific literature to find the most direct path to your goal physique. And we continue to do so on a daily basis. If you are constantly veering off because of some article you read or video you watched, you are veering off the direct path to success. And in the end, it can suppress your results. I’m certainly not trying to say you should never listen to anyone else. I’m saying be careful not to overload yourself with so much information that it affects you negatively… and in today’s world that is very easy to do. It can seem like some new information is just what you needed to get to your dream physique faster… but it might be taking you further away. If you have a question about your program, search the Facebook group and you’ll probably find the answer. If not, post it and someone will answer you. In the mean time, keep working your program and you will achieve your goals!
