💪 How to ACTUALLY Get Wider Biceps (2 Exercises) Can you make your biceps wider? But here’s what most people miss: the bicep isn’t just “1 muscle”. In fact, recent studies have shown there may be up to 6 different parts. Really, there’s only 2 heads of the biceps that when well developed, give it that full and wide look. And with the right exercises, you can actually choose which one to emphasize.
