I have always had a bad back and was afraid to start loading it. So I started with 50kg, and today I am doing it 140kg, 4 sets with a rep range of 6-8. Bench went up from 40kg to 85kg. Row went from 20kg to 50kg. Military press from 20kg to 60kg. Now I’m planning to add size, and I'm still going to stick to the workout program for at least a few months. I already added up my calories to what should be a slight surplus within the nutrition sheet.” Three Hot Tips From Jonas: “Nutrition is the key to success. Do not overthink it, especially if you are just starting to find your ways to eating lots in volume but low in calories. Substitute the fatty food for healthier options and eat lots of volume and within your protein range. Allow yourself some slack from time to time and celebrate your achievements. Stick to the workout plan. Start easy and get your mind-muscle connection in there. Start to do the right things safely. The transformation takes time, but when you see yourself in the mirror and you notice the changes with your own eyes, that is what’s going to drive, push and motivate you further.
