It changed my entire concept of dieting and working out. I started seeing results and feeling better when working out. It's crucial in your journey whether your goal is to lose fat or gain muscle. Track everything for the first months so you get an idea of the content calories all your food has. Keeping an eye on the calories/macros will surely get you to where you want to be without a doubt. Workouts: Push yourself hard enough in each one of your sets/reps. Try to lift as heavy (but with good form) as possible. Patience/Consistency and Honesty with yourself. Great results take all of these 3 virtues. It is going to take some time before we see noticeable changes in our bodies. Take it one day at a time, don't rush it. And finally, be honest with yourself. Sometimes we don’t give even 80% of ourselves in our nutrition or work outs and we are expecting 100% results .
