The reservation system’s more intuitive interface will make booking a breeze and you’ll (finally!) be able to select your seat when travelling in the Québec City–Windsor corridor. Learn more A new baggage policy will soon be coming into effect Our new baggage policy will be introduced across our network and will apply to bookings made as of November 18, 2023. The carry-on and checked baggage allowance (meaning the number of bags you can bring on board, along with their size and weight) will change, so don’t forget to read the new policy carefully when booking as of November 18. New baggage policy overview The mobile application will be deactivated on November 17 To provide our customers with a better user experience, we’re redesigning our mobile app. The current version of the app will be deactivated on November 17, until the new version is ready. For quick and easy access to your boarding pass, check your booking confirmation email and save it on your mobile device or print it prior to your trip. As of November 18, a new feature will allow you to save your boarding pass directly to your smartphone’s Wallet app (Apple and Android). Travelling with us soon?
