New and exclusive to The Whisky Exchange, a fresh and fruit-driven 2018-vintage Cognac from Maison Ferrand. This single cask Grande Champagne Cognac has been aged in French oak for three years, followed by one year in a cask previously used for Banyuls, a French fortified wine.
Bottled at cask strength, it's floral and fruity on the palate with notes of baked apples, summer flowers, spicy ginger and vanilla, followed by sticky caramel and peppery oak on the finish.
