on theordinary.com, niod.com and deciem.com from November 1, 2023, at 12:00am EST (2:00pm AEST, 1:00pm HKT, 4:00am GMT, 5:00pm NZST), to November 30, 2023, at 11:59pm EST (1:59pm+1 AEST, 12:59pm+1 HKT, 3:59am+1 GMT, 4:59pm+1 NZST).
In all standalone DECIEM stores from November 1, 2023 to November 30, 2023 during local operating hours . The November Promotion will not be available at Deciem/The Ordinary branded counters located within our retail partners’ stores.
Excluding November 24, 2023 from 12am EST to 11:59pm EST when The Ordinary, NIOD and Deciem websites will be closed and our standalone stores will be transaction-free for the entire day (the “Blackout Period”).

During the Promotion Period, each customer (cardholder, household) will be limited to 5 units per product (i.e. SKU) and 5 units per product set, and limited to a total of 30 units total per order, at the promotional price and the promotion does not apply to gift cards (the “Promotional Limits ”).
