While significant changes don't happen overnight, we dedicated all of last year to revamping everything. After countless meetings, thorough shake-making, rigorous taste-testing, and endless rounds of label editing, we've finally...

1. Reformulated our broth recipes: We added more bones and vegetables to give you more flavor and more benefits!

2. Reformulated our shake packs: After a lot of testing in our kitchen and from our homes, we matched our shipped shakes & instructions to what we do at our OWL Kitchens with as much accuracy as possible.

3. Reimagined our packaging: Shake packs and broth elixirs now offer an elevated experience, seamlessly integrating our ingredient story into our brand. These will be slowly phased in over the next 3-6 weeks!

4. Reinforced our boxes: These have undergone rigorous testing, including being dropped from 10-foot ladders and surviving. Despite our efforts, occasional breakages still occur. Achieving a 100% success rate with glass is impossible, but we've come as close as possible!

5. More support from your coaches: We hired the best of the best in different specialties so you have a team of support behind you. While true transformation begins from within, we're here to cheer you on every step of the way.
