Super League is back and I've been paying close attention to the shoes being worn by my teammates and opponents on court when playing for Manchester Thunder.

Every shape of foot is a bit different, and we know that some of us need a slightly wider-fitting netball trainer to give us the best protection and comfiest shoe.

We're often asked about whether there are specifically wide fit trainers being produced - and, disappointingly, there aren't. But if, like me, you need something a bit more forgiving, we do have some that are more forgiving and worth trying.

I've been through our current range and picked out the ones I'd recommend...

My Top Tips for Wider-Fitting Netball Trainers 🔽

    ASICS Shield FF

The Shield FF is slightly wider at the front so is worth a try - this is my current shoe of choice

    Available in Sapphire & Aquamarine

    ASICS Professional FF 3

The Pro FF 3 is a softer material so has more give in it which makes it more suitable for wider feet

Available in Cyber Grape & Fruit Punch

    Mizuno Momentum 3

I've worn the Momentum - it's slightly deeper and wider over the foot so worked well for me

    Available in White Navy
    & White Patina Green

    Nike React Hyperset

The Hyperset is another shoe with a slightly wider front than many others - they're also a unisex fit

Available in six different colours, including White Gold & White Black-Flash Crimson
