Important Update
Domestic flights check-in time change
We’re writing to let you know about a change to our check-in process.
Effective 29 October 2023, our airport check-in closure for domestic flights will increase to 40* minutes before departure.
If you check in online and have hold baggage, please allow extra time to drop off your luggage too, as the closing time for baggage drop will also be 40 minutes before departure. (*Please note that London airports remain unchanged for check-in and baggage drop, closing 45 minutes before departure).
The extended check-in time is designed to help us in our efforts to improve our on-time performance, something we know is important to you as you plan your journey with us.
We also understand that individual circumstances might make it challenging for some customers to adjust to our new check-in time. If you have any concerns or need assistance when you fly with us, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team. We’re here to help make your journey as smooth as possible.
