... Okay, maybe the unofficial style expert. Anyways, I've been with this company since day one, and part of my job is to share my knowledge and be a resource for the latest members of the Indochino community (that's you!).

Great question! Made to measure garments are made to a pattern that's based on your unique measurements. Since all our garments are made from scratch, you get to choose details like lapel style, number of buttons... You name it.

Once you've been measured and chosen customizations, your suit is sent to production. We then create a unique pattern that's cut using laser technology and sewn. Final details are stitched by hand. Every order goes through Quality Control before being steamed, packaged and sent for shipping.

Trust me, once you get into custom clothes, you won't want stock. But to answer your question: no.

Everything we make is custom made to your measurements, so we don't carry stock or an inventory of sizes.

Less time than you'd think; our garments usually ship within 2-3 weeks. But some advice: if you need a suit for a special occasion, give yourself a few extra days in case you need to make some small tweaks to your suit at a tailor.

We stand by our Fit Promise, meaning if there any issues with the fit of your garments, we'll take care of it for you. So long as you contact us within 10 days of receiving your order, you can come back in and our dedicated tailors will get you sorted out.

Bodies are always changing, and no one knows that better than us. If you wish to update your measurements, you can reach out to your showroom or the Customer Experience team to update them.
