From ending mass incarceration to protecting overlooked communities from climate change and providing economic empowerment, the solutions to our greatest problems contain some of our greatest opportunities. We understand that the most durable solutions to these issues come from the communities that are the closest to the problems. We also understand that lasting change can’t happen without broad collaboration. This common ground is often found in uncommon places with unlikely allies. Dream.Org, a Bay Area-based nonprofit organization, is on a mission to close prison doors and open doors of opportunity into the green economy.

To date, this approach has won bipartisan criminal justice reform that brought 30,000+ people home from behind bars, helped 500+ BIPOC individuals pursue lucrative careers in the tech and climate space, and shaped the largest Inflation Reduction Act climate program to allocate $18 billion for disadvantaged communities. Through April 5th, Farmgirl Flowers is proud to name Dream.Org as a 2024 With Heart partner. $10 of the purchase price of this bouquet will help Dream.Org continue their work towards building a world with less pollution, poverty, prisons, and polarization.

Dream.Org’s Green For All program works to ensure that, as the green economy grows, all communities will benefit from good jobs, better health, and increased opportunities. JUSTICE Our criminal justice system is broken. No one knows this better than people directly affected by mass incarceration. Dream.Org’s Justice program brings together leaders impacted by the criminal legal system with unlikely allies that span the political divide and push for bold and innovative solutions. Dream.Org builds consensus for reform among Republicans and Democrats at the state and federal levels. Together, they create second chances and work to transform the criminal justice system. TECH The future is being written in code. But the opportunities to shape and profit from this industry aren’t equally available to everyone. Dream.Org’s Tech program provides opportunities to underrepresented communities and creates a pipeline of diverse talent that will shift the culture of the tech sector.
