It's Michelle again - back with 2 quick updates on our Black Friday Sale.
I've got good news and bad news.
1) Remember on Friday how I mentioned I thought we'd sell out of a few things over the weekend? It turns out we did. Of a lot of things.
Jess, our warehouse manager, couldn't believe it. Sandra, our lead monogrammer, also had a fright at the volume of personalisation requests.
The team is working around the clock to get orders out. Which is why you may have also received dispatch emails over the weekend.
However, I wanted to flag that orders may now take an additional 1 day to process. This does not include express or Melbourne metro same day delivery orders. Thank you for your patience.
2) Onto the good news. Initially, we weren't planning on restocking during the sale. However, enough of you have messaged expressing disappointment that we're changing that.
So here's what's up. We have 2 restocks this month. One next week and one closer to the end of the month.
All of those styles are now available for pre-order
here. This will be the
only restock for the remainder of our sale. Pre-order allocations are limited and before we post this on Instagram and Tik Tok, I wanted to share this with you, our VIP crew, first.
