    In TTSL, we focus on form before intensity and weight. Most Olympic lifts during this learning phase will be with lighter weights, but don't underestimate the value of an empty barbell. It's essential to engage every muscle, stabilize your core, and ensure that even an empty barbell lift is intense. Trust us, it's worth it!
     
    Throughout the cycle, we'll provide instructional videos to aid your progress. We're here for you 24/7 in the CVG Nation App, so don't hesitate to seek help or share your achievements. Post in our “Ask A Coach” section to ensure we get to you!
     
     
    Choose Your Track:
     
    - If you follow the TTSL Daily Standard Programming you will be honing in on the Clean and Jerk & Snatch. This will include drills, accessories, and comprehensive mobility work. Olympic lifts improve strength, speed and power.
     
    - If you follow the TTSL Daily Dumbbell Programming your workouts will be focusing on a full body burn that requires minimal equipment… After all, you don’t need a full gym set up to be fit.
