To start with I’m glad we can all agree Phil Foden is a generational talent and England’s best player rn… But anyway, we’ve started the year really focusing on the brand and fundamentals. I’ve been travelling non-stop seeing suppliers and making sure our jewellery and clothing is the best it could be. Perfecting fits, developing new collections, improving quality across everything and more. We hosted a community focus group in London 2 weeks ago. I hired out a cinema in Baker Street and brought 30 customers in, sharing the brand journey and listening to as much feedback as possible, which will all be actioned this year.
