After an unexpected late summer heatwave, the temperatures are finally cooling down, so it's time to consider how you're caring for your plants. The days are getting shorter, with less daylight and your plants might be starting to feel the chill.

Here are FOUR things you should consider as we move into Autumn 👇

Any sun-seekers you've moved outside for the Summer need to come back in!

We recommend spraying with a pesticide first to prevent the cast of bugs life hitching a ride. 🐛

water less frequently

Consider the temperature change and how its affecting your plants water intake - they'll start to feel less thirsty.

Always check your plants soil to see whether it needs another watering yet. 💦

consider light levels

With shorter days, your plants will have less access to daylight.

Is it time to move them closer to windows? You can also consider grow lights. 💡

expect dropped leaves

With less light getting to your plant babies, they'll have less energy too.

Don't be alarmed if your plants drop leaves - they're just adjusting to the season. 🍃
